Will the Busch family buy the Jets from Woody

I sometimes wonder if Woody wants out but in this case the Busch family after Augie died did a poor job running my Cardinals.

They do have the money & a history of owning a sports team.

I would not be for it, but if the Jets were to move my first choice would be Saint Louis, given a good team the fans would be behind it over time.


Now what I would love to see is William O. DeWitt, Jr. buy the jets to keep them in NY. They have a history of owning teams in different cities & would be great for the Jets IMO.

Too bad Bill Veeck isn't still alive. Would have been a great guy to make this circus entertaining.

The first thing he would have done would be to put the entire team on waivers (what he did when he bought the St. Louis Browns baseball team).

Looking at this roster, that might not be a bad idea, no matter who is the owner.
