Williams Taking on Leadership Role with New Mindset

I'd like to see some of that leadership turn into an all pro season. Williams has been a good player for us but not yet IMO lived up to his draft pick. Don't want to hear he's double and triple teamed because so are other big names (Donald, Watt, etc.) but they still generate a pass rush. He needs to take the next step this year.

going into year 4, much like our HC, it's big boy pants time for williams..

This was a fluff piece about a guy many said was the best player in his draft class.. can't remember the last time i heard that one..
