WR Help

Just a thought, but if Bryant's appeal gets through and he is available he would be a terrific pickup with the Jets and with us having Bell might make it enticing for him to come.

At this point, why the fuck not? That was one of my biggest gripes with the draft is that we didn’t address the WR need. Yes we did sign Crowder and that’s cool but he’s a slot at best. We don’t truly have a big body #1 guy IMHO! Anderson isn’t and Enunwa probably could be if he could ever stay healthy but I don’t think he’d be a dominant #1 WR. We need a monster #1 or solid #1 WR, at the least to go with Enunwa, Anderson, Crowder and Burnett and they didn’t address that. So why not, what do we have to lose at this point. He would be a low cost and low risk option. He wouldn’t be a dominant or or even solid #1 guy but he would contribute and that’s better then nothing.

Another thought I had would be if they use 2 running back sets and let bell lineup as a WR like the steelers used to.

Maybe they'll sign an UDFA that turns out to be a #1 guy. A monster 20-22 year old rookie that averages for the next 15 plus years, 80 plus catches, 1,000 plus yards and 10 TDs with no headaches and a true hard worker that loves the game more then life itself. Fat case of that happening, LOL!

Bryant coming off Achilles I believe and he wasn't that good before that... and the Jets don't need the Diva persona with a still young QB without another veterans WR to keep him in place
