WR Kevin White vs LB/DE AlvinDupree?

Interesting you should ask that question cause thats the exact dilemma I have us facing in my final mock draft.
Me personally, I would take White because he's one of the four elite prospects in this draft on my board, but Dupree isn't far behind and I suspect thats who the Jets might take if it comes down to these two.
Tough one...took White slightly..would prefer to go with defense since some great WR will be at 37..but on one show they said Dupree will take time to develop
Tony Pauline said the SAINTS really want Beasely.....maybe trade down for him....they have 2 Ones 13 and 31..Don't know if we can both..but would take that
Also...if the Browns don't trade for Mariota, they covet Shelton..but might feel they have to get above Chicago..since Shelton said ..its going to be either Chicago or Cleveland for him....
The other team to potentially trade with is the 49ers..as they might want White..just don't know if we want to go all the way to 15....
They're all raw when it comes to transitioning to the NFL, but this kid supposedly has + character traits and a ton of untapped potential. Besides he was very productive in all phases of edge play, so not a one-trick pony like Ray and Beasley. I honestly think he is the pick at 6.
i went white - no brainer.
i believe in taking BPA, and at least based on the consensus of the so-called draft experts (which is the best i can go by), white is nearly universally looked at as one of the top 4-6 players in the draft and dupree's rankings are a bit mixed.
so using the BPA approach, i take the BPA if it's a position of relative need. so to me, it's white

I said tough decision but went with dupree because he is to me the 2nd best LB in the draft.
The only one I would take over him is fowler and that is because fowler is straight speed.
I choose dupree over all other LB's including beasley because dupree is the only one that has exp with his hand in the dirt and standing up so he can rush the QB from any spot on the field.

99% of the time I'm going to pick the pass rusher over the WR, as I feel all things being equal the pass rusher has the bigger impact on the game.
But Dupree scares me at 6 because it seems he's moving up on POTENTIAL more than actual production on the field. At 6 I'll sacrifice "boom" to avoid "bust", and between those two choices I feel White is the better choice . . .

I don't like Alvin "Bud" Dupree ..... reminds me too much of Vernon Gholston . ....Thus a good chance to be a BUST!
I think I do also (assuming Mariota is gone). The key pick is Oakland. If they go defense instead of a WR then everything changes..
I think we're gonna draft Leonard Williams, but we will see
