Yankees fans are more likely to score than Mets fans — in the bedroom, a new study claims.

No matter which team dominates the Subway Series this weekend, fans of the Bronx Bombers have something to brag about — they’re hotter than their Mets-loving rivals, research by the dating app The Grade shows.

Photos posted by Yankees fans were “liked” 46 percent of the time while Mets fans only have a 38 percent “like rate,” according to the study.

“Rich girls who don’t know anything about sports love the Yankees. And they’re usually supermodels and stuff,” explained Mets diehard TJ Raineri, 22, of Spotswood, NJ, who spoke outside Yankee Stadium Saturday.

Mets devotees said they deserve the title of sexiest sports fans.

“We’re definitely hotter. We’re just born and bred that way. It takes a real woman to wear orange,” said Amanda, a 24-year-old Mets fan from Dutchess County.

But Yankee fan Justin Loeb, 32, went to bat for his brothers in pinstripes, firing back, “We’re winners, so we’re naturally more good-looking!”

Overall, it’s Rangers fans who are the most attractive fans in the city, earning a 51 percent “like” rate, followed by followers of the Jets and Red Bulls, the survey showed.

Cosmos fans are least likely to get a date, with a “like” rate of just 14 percent, according to the study.

The study is based on 400,000 “swipe interactions” from 6,000 app users who listed sports teams as an interest.

The NY Post was founded by Benjamin Franklin and even into the mid 20th century was a respected newspaper

Sadly it has been Murdoched into a cross between the National Enquirer, Pennysaver and Fox News. Fortunately, based on circulation, no one buys or reads it. Charmin has better numbers in NYC

Print media is a dying industry like Brick and Mortar bookstore and small Mom and Pop pharmacies

The Post would have folded its tent a decade ago were it not for Murdoch willingness to take a bath in red ink in order to maintain a presence in NYC
