yeah man, you do keep saying that..
why would be my question?? this is the 2nd time franklin-meyers this season willingly knocked the QB over after the throw because he felt like it..
what am I missing?!
I don’t feel that was a blatant hit. From what I saw and correct me if I’m wrong but he didn’t launch himself into him, throw his body weight on him, hit him above the shoulders or below the knee caps or slam him into the ground. His body momentum carried him into the QB. That’s unavoidable IMO! Maybe I should go look at it again and I’ll see something different. The other play your speaking of I don’t remember.
Anyway, Zach’s int, while they were driving down to score with less than 3:00 minutes left to end the 2nd quarter was the true killer IMO. Everything else followed from there. In the second half Zach could have made up for that and they still could of won the game but he couldn’t pull it off. No one is asking him to be Allen, Mahomes or Jackson, just make a few clutch plays here and there to help this team and he couldn’t do it.
He did it in the Steelers game. I’ll give him that but not this one. The other 3 wins he didn’t necessarily have to because the team carried him. As long as he didn’t turn it over they were ok and he did that. Plus he still had Breece and AVT! Well now it’s different, he has to do a little more and he failed at that this past Sunday. We’ll see what happens over the next 9 games. Hopefully he fixes this, I truly hope he does but this ain’t looking good.
