I like him, I like him better than Allen and Darnold. But what the hell do I know I am a 46 year old Executive Leadership Trainer. He passes my eye test on if we should like him or not.... I don't think any prospect is a can't miss. You are right neither one of us know what he will be what Allen will be or any of the QB's.

FYI my track record on QB'S in the last few years I liked and wanted the Jets to draft

And I am scared of Darnold.. I am 50/50 on this kid he reminds me of Sanchez ( just a lil taller).... this is good and bad, his strengths and weaknesses are exactly the same as Sanchez

I like Darnold for his size and footwork. I hate him for his turnovers, but I think ball security can be taught. I like Rosen, but not his speak your mind attitude. I like Allen's size and arm, but not his accuracy. I hate Jackson except for his running ability. I like Mason Rudolph's arm, but you can get him in 2nd round. I do not like the OU child for way more reasons than any of the ones mentioned. I just think he has huge bust written all over him and I believe him to be a major douche.

I agree ball security can be taught.... to bad we didn't do that with Sanchez... Do you have faith this Coaching Staff can teach it? Cause if they can I would move Darnold to my like list in a heartbeat. I think Morton did a good job with mcCown in that department.

i would be thrilled with smith & a QB at 6.. that almost by accident would be one of this franchises best/well thought out plans at the QB position..

if maccagnan loves one of the QBs still on the board at 6, don't get cute, grab him!!

I don't want him. He can't seem to handle the big game. I'm just saying that going after him is something I'd expect of the Jets mostly because he's cheaper and his regular season stats were pretty good. We need a QB that can handle the playoff games when we get there. I'd rather have Cousins but they are probably going to cheap out of contention for him.
