As much as I defend Maccagnan, he’s really missed on some draft picks. Hansen is the latest. And that 2015 draft, with the exception of Leo, is erased. That’s bad. That draft was 3 years ago and we’ve got almost nothing to show for it.

Mid and later rounds have not been kind. It's troubling. Sure, every team misses on guys, but a guy like Mac was brought here because of talent evaluation. That has to extend past the first 35 or so picks in the draft.
That said, he has been on the winning side of the vast majority of his trades.

Apparently Tre McBride was cut.

McBride is a surprise, especially with the chemistry he has shown with Darnold.
I knew two more WR's would be amongst the final cuts announced, posted it in this thread a little while ago, we still had 8 and I felt like we'd cut back to about 6, but I thought it would be Hansen (he was cut) and Peake (so far he wasn't).
I still think its possible Peake is amongst the last three cuts, especially if we decide to claim a WR like Breshad Perriman or someone else.

Thats certainly a possibility too.
Perriman is intriguing cause he's a size/speed freak and former 1st RD Pick whose career has been derailed by injuries, but he's still young and the upside is there if he can stay healthy. That said, I don't even know if he is healthy. He might be hurt again? As for Bryant, another size/speed freak and definitely a big-time talent, though obviously he seems determined to self-destruct. That said, its worth a shot.

I really don’t know what to say about that. Peake has been underwhelming to me. McBride was active this preseason. He easily looked like a top 5 receiver on this team.

I am surprised McBride did not make the roster. It doesn't make a ton of sense to me.
Hansen & McBride cut .... we must seriously have our eye on some WR (s) on the waiver wire.
Wow, shocker but Cowboys PK Dan Bailey was cut.
This guy had a subpar year last year, but he's been one of the best Kickers in football for a long time.
