Yeah, that was a coverage sack. I like the fact that he tried to get back some of those yards running up the gap but it closed on him fast. If he would not have done that, that sack could have been another 10 yards to it. Something Geno or Sanchez would have done.

Yup. That’s a rookie mistake. He’s gonna have those.

But I like the way he erases the last play and bounces back. That was a huge answer on the TD.

What I like about Darnold is he learns fast! Not throwing those slow passes! He is calm, smart, and really paying attention to Defense. Come on JETS! Win or Lose I want Darnold to get better every game. Wished Jets had that big RB to help him.
