Drew Breez is that type of QB that can do that to you. He’ll do it to anyone in fact and has done it for the past 15 years. Matt Ryan looked very good also and I believe that was against our starters. Can’t count D. Jones performance as much because that was the back ups. Things to key on here is the Jets offense and how Darnold moved them up and down the field all three games without much problems at all. Without L. Bell and Kalil I might add. They’ll figure the secondary out. Have a little faith my second pessimistic friend in Joe and Gase, they’ll get it done. Lol!

I will do you one better, I think we get to 11 wins. I know I must be crazy...here is my breakdown:
Bills - Win
Browns - Win (Surprises NFL & Jets Home)
Pats - Loss (Foxborough)
Eagles - Win (Finally after all these years)
Cowboys - Win (at home)
Pats - Win (split and at home)
Jaguars - Win
Dolphins - Win
Giants - WIN
Redskins - win (who is the QB)
Raiders - Win (At home for us and they are dysfunctional)
Bungals - Win
Dolphins - Win
Ravens - Win (Lamar stinks and there defense is questionable now that we got Mosely)
Steelers - Win (We play at home we usually beat them at home - see 2010)
Bills - loss (we made the playoffs so we let them win)
Total 14-2 LOL i know crazy, but honestly it is a sweet heart schedule, even if we lose to the browns and eagles we would still be at 12-4, throw in one more loss we are at 11 wins.

Honestly speaking, I'm trying to be realistic but very optimistic here in starting this thread and my predictions. Not saying your not with your response but all I can say is from your lips to Gods ears!!! I'm calling for the 10-6/9-7 win total at worst with a wild-card shot either way. I am having a touch of Ryan with a twist of Gase served in a cold glass of Darnold. They say it allows you to forget several years - in my case it is nearly all of them in recent memory with the exception of 97, 09, and 10

To me the CBs are below average at this point and maybe (hopefully) there's something there that I'm not seeing. Brick believes the CBs are average at this point which is great and I hope he's right. With that said, our offense will be a force to reckon with all year long and there will be a lot of high scoring games because our secondary will hurt us. I'm not saying we will have the Chiefs offense from last year and Darnold will put up Mahomes type numbers but there will be a big improvement. I think where the offense will mostly shine is our TEs and running game. Also passing yards through the RBs.
Bell and Montgomery will give migraines all year to defenses. Herndon will do his damage when he returns from suspension and hopefully another TE helps out along the way. I believe our front seven will get to the QBs early and often but obviously not on every play. So the defense will give up quite a bit of points but they'll do enough to get us that 9-10 wins. Jets will obviously have to play ball and time management and keep away against certain teams or at certain times. Now, give us an average CB situation and that will make us a game or two better, ATLEAST. Just my thoughts!!!

I for one believe the Jets Offensive line (the Over the Hill Gang) will struggle. Bell and Monty will gain their yardage with very little help from our Offensive line. On Defense, the CB situation will be a major problem. So who do we draft next year LT or CB? I predict the Jets will be 7 - 9. Next year I see the Jets going deep into the playoffs because of our new GM.

They're so bad, they'll get pinned with losses in games where they didn't even play.
I wouldn't say it will be a miracle. I expect 8-8, but think they can do 10-6 if everything goes our way. Anything less than 8-8 is a failure.
That puts them 23 games out of first place.
