If anyone believes Adams didn't want to go to Dallas and wanted to stay with this shitshow I have some land for you .
And I have a bridge or two I can throw in.

Y the Bengals?I already didn't think Adams was worth the hype. Now I don't like the player. I hope they trade him next year and I hope its to the Bengals.
I bet you also have some PSL's for them at a good price tooIf anyone believes Adams didn't want to go to Dallas and wanted to stay with this shitshow I have some land for you .

I have had issues with Adams for some time. Since he first got here, we have heard quite frequently from *him* about what a leader he is and what a winner he is. Yet, he has constantly freelanced and given up big gains in an effort to make big plays himself. How many times have we seen him take risks that have burned the TEAM? I recall posting earlier in the year about him stating post-game that “someone” missed an assignment, leading to a touchdown. Well, that “someone” was him! To me, he is a good player, but not half as good as he thinks he is.
As for the situation with The trading deadline, since when does a player get to decide whether or not he can be traded? So he told Douglas that he wanted to stay on the Jets, a statement that might very well not be his true feeling anyway. Does Adams seriously believe that his wishes should dictate what the GM does? Even if Douglas initiated trade talks, which apparently was not the case, how is that Adams’ business. As my students in the Bronx used to say, “He thinks who he is.” In other words, get over yourself! I do believe that Adams hates the losing, but I see him as having some selfish and arrogant traits. Don’t give him away after the season, but he’s a damn box safety, not a left tackle! As long as we get equal value, good riddance.
