Our QB QUITING is my biggest problem and seems like NO Jets fans are pissed off or seen this. Yeah Jets are a MESS thanks to Idzik and Macagnan. Everyone focused on Idiot Gaise who should be fired.

I have had major problems with Darnold. But I have seen it as inept play and fear of getting hit rather than quitting. Are you saying that him lobbing up those candy ass passes for INTs is him quitting? I just think most fans are finally acknowledging what many of us knew: That Darnold is overrated or just plain sucks.

Gas when you are right...you are right....He may have froze on that safety …...well because there may have been a ghost chasing the ball

I'm not sure what the quitting thing is all about - just because he didn't want to chase after a loose football that he had no chance to recover doesn't constitute quitting. It looks bad on film, but I was there - no chance to recover that football. None. The ball was ten yards past him, and players were swarming to the ball long before he could get there.

I think Darnold is just in an impossible situation - bad game plans and scheme, terrible offensive line, no running game to speak of and a below average receiving corps. How can the guy possibly be successful under these circumstances. You can't evaluate him based on this season - you just can't. He's made some BAD throws, no question. But the kid is pressing, and regressing under Gase. I've said it before, give this kid an offensive line, and HC and offensive coordinator that can coach, and he's a Pro Bowl player. He has that kind of talent. He needs to cut down on the turnovers for sure, but he doesn't suck. He has no chance to excel, there's a huge difference.

I agree on all points. Darnold is the result of the worst franchise in the history of sports.

Yes he had a chance to get the ball. there is always a chance. I have seen the ball pushed back many times by the scoring team trying to keep it out of the end zone......the guy did not care or was seeing ghost. He could be shell shocked.....the poor little baby. I also don't buy it is an impossible situation. Landing a plane in the Hudson, Surviving a storm on Everest, leaving the parking lot on time at Metlife now those are nearly impossible things to overcome. At least the D man has a good thumb to suck...….Grow up buddy that's what I say......

Now I do say that I think he can be saved. He is not ruined yet. But he needs to start it himself. He needs to grow up same with Gomez. Many Qb,s need help he is not the only one......What do we need to give him...…... everything to win like a spoiled child, At one time it was called a "rich teams ________ "in this case QB. Then he could be like these guys

Jim Plunkett (1980 & 1983 LA Raiders)

Jim McMahon (1985 Chicago Bears)

Doug Williams (1987 Washington Redskins)

Jeff Hostetler (1990 NY Giants)

Mark Rypien (1991 Redskins)

Trent Dilfer (2000 Baltimore Ravens)

Brad Johnson (2002 Tampa Bay Bucs)

I am so tired of hearing every excuse for this baby.

Back to Adams he was running around like he was playing pin the tail on the donkey......

Edelman should be available after that fumble for a touchdown this week. Giselle said it made her Tommy sad. Maybe he could help Darnold. Of course if he was a Jet he'd be suspended for steroids again
