No, the Jets will get the third pick. The "best player in the draft" will again miraculously fall into their lap. The Jets will pick him, and he will turn out to be a dud of Biblical proportions. He will make Lam Jones look like Lance Alworth.

Boy that was some pick...
The kid did absolutely nothing wrong. He borrowed money from a family friend to fly his mother, father and girlfriend to his bowl game. Even the NCAA has conceded the loan was fully repaid, and the friend has absolutely no ties to the school. In other words, he didn't violate any rules. This is more about trying to get a certain SEC school into the playoffs then any violation. When does the NCAA ever suspended a player prior to an investigation? He will be cleared, after missing games. The cash cow can't be left out of the big $ bowls.

My understanding is that it was a very minor infraction of an antiquated, often disregarded rule. He accepted a small personal loan from a family member or friend to help with some expenses which he paid back in full quickly. I have a hard time getting too excited about that when we have all seen much better reasons for players being suspended.
