I would always rather win, but there goes the #1 pick. Leave it to the Jets to win a meaningless game.

Darnold played well at times there are signs.....Adams is like a jack in the box keep him there & he does well.

Nice to see progress on Darnold's development. Good throws and he also made wise choices today.

The good: The thing I like the best was Sam seem calmer and in control... the last few games he seems out of it... maybe to many hits by DL/LB... Anyway, its a small step. When Winters went out the OL seem to play better... lets hot he is on IR next cause he sucks. BP ran well and picked up a key block on SAMs scamper… he needs to play more.
Young guys on the DL look good... we have some talent now we just need a PR. Our CB suck, sigh. LB played well for back ups.
The bad: I am glad they won but you saw again AG shitting play calling in 2 (4 total yards , I mean really) -3 Q ….. I mean how do you not keep going with the quick passes, etc. The unfortunate thing is that CJ will think this is a turning point and keep tis bum.

As in past weeks, Darnold twice threw the ball as he was either in the grasp or literally being brought down. Yesterday the ball found the target. Again, great. But for me, it's unacceptable and something that Geno never corrected. Against a good defense, more likely than not those balls get picked. Either Darnold stops doing this or he's on the road to being a bum.
how can you say that? this is outrageous to think of the D-man homeless walking down the street with a sack on a long pole & holes in his shoes. Sleeping under park benches......Its going to be very cold out soon.....I will buy a waste, no good, & useless but I bum I can not accept. I mean you could catch mono that way
I think the difference for me is Geno never found the one target. Darnold has flaws, but I think its because he has never had a good team around him. He always feels he has to do more which I like and can accept.
Agree. If the QB isn't willing and instinctive about going that extra mile he won't last long in the big league. As the "O" line improves he will have better options opening up to him but for right now he has to take what he gets and hopefully has the skill to continue to get the ball out to a receiver while under duress without it getting picked off.
