Many people have said (some even at the time, I recall), that more of the credit for that goes to Frank Reich, who was their OC, than to Pederson. Hard to know, but Reich has certainly done an impressive job so far in Indy. And more than the Eagles' overall struggles this season, his shenanigans in the last game, pulling Hurts for Nate Sudfeld, gives me serious pause about him.
Listen to the podcast that I cited earlier. Although a fiery guy, Saleh isn't a Tom Couglan type of fiery. He doesn't belittle players or get in their face when they screw up, but he does address failures in a positive way.
Interesting info on Reich and let's hope JD knows the real deal.
As for that last game drama I just don't get all the hand wringing. If the Giants wanted to make the playoffs they should won an extra game. Hell. enough of the Giants crybaby crap, none of the teams in the NFC least deserved to make the playoffs.
From what I am hearing and reading this could be an excellent hire. We won't know until the real stuff starts, but I'm happy about Saleh if the rumor is true.
the bad thing is, that these young pusses dont like to be yelled at. that's the scary part about hiring a yeller, which I would normally like. hopefully he can yell at them and they still love him , like Parcells. not like belichick who can do it because he can promise a ring, but nobody really likes him

yeah. that kid was amazing against brady. outplayed him as far as I am concerned. brady stood in the same spot all game untouched as he had done for 20 years, while that kid was harassed relentlessly all game and still made shit happenno matter who they draft or keep at QB - wouldn't hurt to bring the Heinicke kid aboard......not that I'm biased

I haven't seen anything to that effect yet but I think I would be fine with that. If he can find an offensive coach as good with the offense as he is with the defense we should be in good shape and of course he needs to hire a defensive coordinator that fits his scheme as well. I hope they make it official soon. I've seen some buzz that he could be the guy but that's all.
