Jets hire Saleh - official

It sounds like Saleh prefers a 4-3 defense, I wonder what the impact will be with the current roster. Anyone know if CJ Mosley is ever going to play football again? If I was a Jets player CJ would find his locker filled with pink face masks and panty liners!

I know I'm excited and its who I wanted from day one. I think JD is a real GM and I like coaches with enthusiasm because I think this generation need it. Since Parcells, the Jets have never had a hire that nobody can find a fault in.
Just watched the Saleh interview on NFL network.
I'm expecting a complete meltdown amongst the fanbase. He said he would like to hire back Adam Gase if he doesnt get a HC position this cycle.
A direct quote..

next hire needs to be someone to remove the curse. a shaman or something...
I hate to admit that I think we are headed for a good place right now, but I do. belichick has to totally retool, which I'm not convinced he can do from scratch. last time he had the help.of putting 2 Parcells teams together to teach the way. this time he has nothing... and he's getting old and fat. kinda sucks that the rest of the afc is also on the upswing with us though
now, if only the assrod brady would hang up his cleats, then I could enjoy football again

yes. and yes I agree, JD is for real. and if he's not, he's still better than anything we have had in a long time
my wife doesn't like when I judge people by their looks. even when I'm right. i.e. tom brady looks like an asshole and he is one.

the day Gase was hired I posted " if Harbaugh is available next season do we hire him?" Someone, I don't remember who, responded, " you want to fire Gase already?"
yes, I did. but this time, I'm not going to make the joke for fear of cursing the situation. I think this time, for once , we might be on the right track
