Boy you were fooled.....so was i
Yea I’m a sucker
Even though I say I don’t believe it till I see it
Now I’ve really giving up
I’ll watch them ( old habit )
But no longer have any expectations for this team , coaches , players organization.

I guess I lost my bet to win the division

This years last to first looks like the Bengals

By the way , hate to say it but
I don’t think your other team is going anywhere this year either

I agree next week will tell much. To cross the line is not easy//////winners win & losers lose.....But the Blues did it two years ago

Kinda curious as to everyone's opinion on Ashtyn Davis these last couple of games. I realize he missed parts of last year plus all of training camp and the first 4 games, but he has some serious athleticism and is very raw. Do we have a potential player in him?

he is a cover corner with range and tons of athleticism
we use him as a cover safety and some times use him on kick returns last year which he got cute and got hurt at the same time

they need to coach him up, raw is being nice...

Zach Wilson started off horrendous but we won't know what his potential could be in this offense that is now being called up in the booth, so until then it is an incomplete...

AVT arguably our best OL started off average but when the loss of Becton occurred he picked up his game to a new level and has been consistent there...

Moore, gimme moore again with another injury to his position opened the door for him to flourish and now he is off to the races...

Both Jamien Sherwood and Hamsah Nasirildeen are incomplete where Nasirildeen can change his fait moving forward... Injuries are a part of the game but now neither have truly effective the game good or bad to be rated...

Jason Pinnock has potential but has been used sparingly like Jonathan Marshall until their snap count goes up will be able to grade them...

Brandin Echols did two thing well to this point he got Bless Austin our preseason Number 1 corner cut/released. Second he has maintained solid coverage as a starter. But he can or should be able to do better like get a damn pick...

MC & MC2 have been lightening in a bottle great... MC on offense has found his game and is clearly RB1 on the depth chart surpassing Tevin Coleman and Ty Johnson for the lead role... MC2 has clearly taken over as Nickel Corner No. 1 over Javelin Guidry and has been the best DB on our roster this year...

if you ask me the draft will be a huge success only when Zach plays and looks like he is making progress. There are some nice pieces behind him from this draft that need more time and aren't designed to be home runs in year one - specifically anyone in rounds 5+. Joe will further build depth with the 2022 draft while hopefully adding an impact pick or three early on.

the 2020 draft is coloring him in a bad way as it stands - but I wonder aloud how much influence/say Gase had? They were collaborators at worst and I can't give Joe all the blame nor the credit should the picks all turn to gold jackets. It's something to definitely ponder when we go to judge his draft ability.

I've seen you mention this more than once, and I think its a little misleading. To me it sounds as if Becton had something to do with AVT's poor play. Not that AVT didn't start slowly or that his better play coincided with Becton's absence, but AVT missed preseason and time in training camp due to injury. I think AVT's ascending play has more to do with getting healthy and getting comfortable with the NFL game than his LT. Regardless, the kid is a stud and looking forward to him being a cornerstone of the OL for years.

AVT also last season was a left tackle not left guard so his transitioning was slow when he finally figured out his role was after Becton went out... They could of figured out those little nuances during preseason and that injury that happened to Becton suffered might of not happened...

And what I said is true after the Becton injury he went from a good left tackle to an average one where he had more responsibility making sure that the communication was fluid between him from center to the tackle... But I still gave him a top grade...

Last draft was an excellent job by our FRONT OFFICE. I can’t help but wonder how much better it could have been if we didn’t fall all over ourselves for Opie Wilson .
Even so, excellent job.

Zach Wilson had his best game as a pro verse the Eagles at least the first half that is...

The Jets hit a homerun with Elijah Moore, he is arguably the best receiver on the roster and will be the format of what they are looking for as they continue to elevate this position...

Alijah Vera Tucker was worth the additional two third rounds it took to move up for Minnesota's 14th overall pick...

Not to mention two day 3 picks in Michael Carter and Michael Carter II have been outstanding prospects...

Brandin Echols albeit injured is worth something for our young core...

Hamsah Nasirildeen is working out better than initially expected hope he continues to improve...

Jamien Sherwood hurt and Jonathan Marshall is a work in progress...
