This late in the season and we still can’t set the edge on defense . Once upon a time the Eagles played this wide 9 scheme with Juan Castillo as DC and the results look exactly like what I’m watching

Castillo got fired after that season

I said the refs are going to be deciding factors today
it is open to perception by the refs to call or not to call it but the returner turned his back when he saw Hardee coming and engaged with his team mate should of never been called but the refs can make up what they see as their choice of perception another discussion this off season by the NFLPA and the league about penalties that need to be defined
