What are you talking about? Trevor Lawrence 4 INTs were laughable today.
Jets had 5 dropped passes today which hurt his completion percentage.
14 week 1 starters were out today.
And I think your excuses for VETERAN BUMS like Shaq Lawson 0.5 sacks are pathetic and your criticisms of a ROOKIE 22 YO QB are pathetic.
What's the Jets record from 2011-2020?
What's the crap Jets record las4 year who Wilson was drafted into? 2-14.
Leave Zach Wilson alone man. He's a Rookie QB with only 10 games under his belt and on the least talented team in all of Football.
Joe Douglas and Robert Saleh ala GROWN ASS MEN deserve criticism. Zach Wilson doesn't.
Mahomes.
Rodgers.
Brady.
None of them were thrown into the fire as Rookies on crap teams.
Zach Wilson deserves year #2 befote being JUDGED and JD BETTER STRIKE GOLD on all 4 of his 1st and 2nd round picks.
The Jaguars’ running game was awful; starting running back James Robinson had six carries for four yards, while backup Carlos Hyde had one carry for two yards. So they knew he had to throw the ball and blanketed coverage, he had to throw and he threw into coverage and was picked off, is that correct? He still completed with those 4 interceptions for 60% completions, is that correct? He also threw for 221 yards, is that correct? of the 21 completed passes 14 were for 10 yards or less and the receivers ran after the catch, yes?
My point is just, if Zach can throw those 14 completions for 10 yards and under accurately along with receivers able to run after the catch then maybe the 92 yards Zach had against the Saints would of been for maybe 232 yards instead, do you get me now?
Players on the roster this year are so the coaching staff can evaluate certain players that are likely to be free agents at the end of the season, can not buy talent but you can draft it... Drafting role players to build up the roster and instill your game plan is what the coaching staff will employ after this season but players like Folorunso Fatukasi, Nathan Sheperd, Jamison Crowder, Braxton Berrios are all being evaluated to see if they belong on this team's vision of what they are trying to accomplish in building this team... Players like Tevin Coleman who knows this offense, players like Jarrad Davis technically fits better in this type defense were given one year prove it deals to fill the need to help develop the young players while filling a void and need...
I don't care about the record from the Rex Ryan days to now they have nothing to do with one another... Each coaching staff, each GM are all different can not and will not compare one to another that is a bitter fan looking to continue to belittle the team... Joe Douglas so far has done everything drafting good potential for the roster... Robert Saleh has a plan and shouldn't be criticized until mid year next year... First year like I said is evaluating the roster because there were so many players that had guarantees in their contracts making it hard to move them... As for the rookie QB, has he improved anything since the first start of the season? throw the ball away? throw a short pass with right touch? throw the ball with proper zip and velocity to an open receiver? ball placement? ball security? anything, positive?
Until Zach proves he is better than I scouted him last year then he will get the negative reporting from me...
