I don't view Pederson as especially proven to handle that

on defense Mike Caldwell a Todd Bowles deciple will handle the defense and these pieces will mesh well.
on offense they needed to add a variety range of talent.
they basically bolstered the OL leaving the LG position open for Ickey with the No. 1 pick.
they got a receiving tight end for Lawrence, this OL will block well for Robinson and Etienne.
so I disagree with your sentiment.

I understand your reasoning but there is no reason with this new regime has a plan and will do little things to improve the entirety of the roster. you can take it how you want but I am just reiterating be patient this is year two of this regime GM, HC, QB.

I could see a mid-round pick, a developmental player, either C/G or LT/swing tackle.
