And he hasn't shown the ability to make in-game adjustments.
Even with the regulars available at the start of the season, the offense wasn't putting up huge numbers.

Will it work? Your guess is as good as mine. I hope so because this is a Championship Caliber Defense if I ever saw one and they will keep this team in games.

I believe the have given up. Ask yourself: If you were Saleh and JD, would you trust that ZW will miraculously find the mojo to become a franchise QB? Or at least not the scrub we've watched for two seasons? Stake both careers on that belief? I doubt it. Both those guys don't want to get fired, which is what will happen if they go with ZW and he shows up again as, well, ZW.
