Saleh is in his 2nd year as a HC and deserves time to show if he will succeed or fail. IMO he has already exceeded expectations for the season. Prior to start of the season, no one believed we would be in the playoff hunt, and the early success moved the goalposts (which isn't fair either).
He showed he can adapt, he made mistakes but seems willing to make the hard decisions to help the team succeed. Big question now becomes, can he learn and adapt this offseason, and make the hard calls (in regards to his staff). LaFleur is a liability (IMO), he has some serious learning and growing he needs to do himself. Can he learn? Can he change? Only time will tell, but Saleh needs to fix that situation.
I think it's too early to make a call on the CS (all of them). They've all made mistakes, they are all new to this. The same way we gives players time to develop, this is a new/young staff, we have to give them some time to develop as well. I asked for growth and improvement, and they've given us that. This season (regardless of playoffs) is a success IMO
