Arron Rodgers won't allow his friend to be replaced with younger talent. Jets are treating this season like a dress rehearsal for Rodgers return

This is the DUMBEST thing I’ve ever heard coming from the Jets. Well obviously not the dumbest but you get my point. Trading a 25 year old to keep a 34 year old for the QB, who is injured by the way is insane. This is beyond stupid! You mean to tell me that with Rodgers injured, they couldn’t incorporate Hardman on a full time basis and benched Cobb?
I mean they brought Cobb here strictly for Rodgers but Rodgers isn’t playing anymore. So why the hell is he on the field? I mean he’s doing nothing on the field, so why not have the younger talent out there. The depth chart should be G. Wilson, Lazard, Hardman, Gibson and Brownlee. Cobb shouldn’t even be on the field!!! What is the Jets thinking, Jesus!

The reason we traded Hardman and kept Cobb is because we are going to sign Jordy Nelson is the near future, Now you know the rest of the story!
The issue wasn't trading him. It was signing him in the first place. It's obvious there were concerns, which is why his market was limited.
Gipson seems to be doing the job Hardman was signed to do.

That's a big misconception amongst Jets fans. Gibson has had a grand total of 1 target this season. Cobb is taking the snaps that Hardman should have been receiving and now that Gibson should be getting.
Is the misconception among the fans or the team?
I'm not going to jump to conclusions on this. Even though I agree Hardman should have been on the field instead of Cobb I've heard somethings about his ability to run routes. Don't know if it's true or not but unless it's really simple Hardman doesn't get it. Heard that from some Chiefs Fans who were not happy he was back. Do I believe it? I don't know. Goodbye Hardman, We hardly knew ye.
Oh, I thought we were talking about Mims and routes. Never mind.
