I'm watching on dazn and I've just wound it back and watched it. He hits him underneath the arm pit. The refs called 'helpless receiver', not 'blow to the head'. I didn't like the call, Whitehead thinks the receiver is making the catch and he has to break up the play.

The refs just suck. There was that sequence of ticky-tack calls on the Jets last offensive possession and then the personal foul that wasn't on the punt.

They also made a called of illegal use of the helmet. Never even heard of that.
