Both are on the hot seat this upcoming season and deservedly so. Yes the turn over is frustrating but this is a result of poor hires. Enough with the on the Job training here. This franchise needs someone experienced to stabilize things.
The worst thing is how fans anoint every draft pick a future HOFer. Every coach the savior.
When Saleh was hired fans were saying we set the 49ers back years, he poached all their good coaches. Meanwhile they are days away from the Super Bowl and the Jets are deep into draft prep. Remember this was an all in season and instead of drafting needs, we draft a player who will see 5-10 reps per game at our deepest position.

The other problems are disgruntled players, especially the young core. And bowing to Rodgers desires. Fire Hackett, get an OC that can game plan, scheme,and call plays. This collaboration plan of having an OC that will decide run or pass and then the passing or running coordinator decided on the play call.
I get Rodgers loves Hackett because he left Rodgers to run the offense but Rodgers can retire at any time. He promised Woody multiple years when they went to his home, but he said in an interview a week ago that his plan was to play 1 year. Another injury,are a shot at hosting a game show and where does that leave us? Hackett's nothing with out Rodgers. Rodgers played 4 snap,Was sacked 4 times and the future of this organization is resting on his shoulder?

The issue is, it's the offensive side of the ball that looks incompetent. The defense isn't being run incorrectly, and you don't hear any complaints coming from that side of the ball.
So really what Saleh is showing everyone is that he is a defensive coordinated and even after 4 years, he's done nothing to improve his competence and processes on the offensive side of the ball. You can't call yourself a CEO if you are completely ignoring an aspect of the team. The OC wasn't getting it done, so WTF did Saleh do to fix that? Saying the offense is on the OC is a copout!!! If Hackett was strolling around, doing his own thing and not putting in the time and effort, it was Saleh's responsibility to put a stop to that and fix that shit.
