I would draft Jaxson Dart in the 2nd.
I would dump ole number 12 as soon and as cheaply as possible.
I would then have Ty start and see what happens.
I loved Jordan Travis coming into the draft.
Hell I begged JD to draft the Kid.
Poof! JT has disappeared. I haven't heard anything about Him or his condition.
If He's ready to go, cool. I still draft Dart and let them duke it out.
I'm praying Graham falls to 7. He would be THE pick imo. Close that gut right up.
If they don't go QB in the 2nd, CB is the way to go. Or Safety. I'm expecting the 1st 2 or 3 picks to be on the Defensive side of the ball. Just feels that way.
Just once I would rather be talking about the Jets in the friggin Super Bowl than bullspit draft talk.

Expect one of the 2nd or 3rd picks to be a cover corner.
He will look for a big hard hitting safety as well imo.

I'm reading some "draft experts" are predicting the Jets draft that Boise State RB. Lol. They do that and I'm gone until TC.

Dart is popular in mocks. Hell some have the Giants taking him in the 1st!
I'm souring on Him after watching some film. No mobility imo. That's not going to work in today's NFL.
I'm warming up to Riley Leonard a little bit. If they keep AR, I might spend a 5th on him.
Though Leonard will find that taking on NFL LBs is a bit different from taking on NCAA LBs.

The fly in the ointment is Jordan Travis, man of mystery. While I wouldn't expect the Jets to make a big announcement it is amazing that nobody knows whether he will be fit for training camp. You would think that somebody would have seen him working out or something. If he will be fit then drafting another QB would be dumb as we wouldn't be able to keep them all on the main roster.
There you go, trying to be logical.
Remember, these are the Jets we're talking about.

I've seen Mocks having the Giants taking Dart.
I've seen Mocks with Dart going in the mid 2nd.
He is moving up as QBs most often do.
This QB class is a little weak and I could see Dart moving into the late 1st round.
Will the Jets pick him?
For his sake, I hope not.
