you saw belichick and Brady wipe the field with us for 20 years. That’s because belichick painted an X on the field and told Brady, “hey kid, stand on this X, wait for someone to get open, then throw him the damn ball. Don’t worry, no one is ever going to touch you”. And nobody ever did. Gronk couldn’t have been gronk if Brady was on his ass like a Jet QB.
Of course a lot of this had to do with their o line coach Dante Scarnechia who was also there the whole time

As much as I hate to admit it, Brady was the key. Ball was out of his hand quicker than an old man with a prostitute. He also had disciplined, smart, and tough receivers who were where they were supposed to be at a specific cadence.
