So there are about 7 teams so far that will be in need of a QB, come draft time. Doesn’t matter what there record will be or what they accomplish this year. I believe they will be looking to draft in the early 1st round or 2nd round at worst. In no particular order:
- New Orleans Saints: Obviously
- New York Jets: IMO, Justin just hasn’t shown enough so far to be considered the QB for next year and possibly for the future
- Cleveland Browns: They don’t want to give S. Sanders a shot and this Dilliard kid doesn’t appear to have the goods either
- Las Vegas Raiders: Geno has seemed to have turned back into the New York Jets Geno. So he has to go IMO
- Miami Dolphins: Tua just isn’t the answer, he’s not a true leader and he can’t stay healthy. I would think the Dolphins would be ready to move on
- Pittsburgh Steelers: Depending on how this year ends up, A-Rod might hang around another. Even if he does, I would think that the Steelers have to be looking towards the future.
- Arizona Cardinals: They are in the same position as Miami is in with Tua, IMO
Two additions:
- Carolina Panthers: This is a tricky one but depending on how they finish this year, they might be looking to move on at QB
- Los Angeles Rams: Stafford is still a great QB but getting sorta old. Rams might be looking for his replacement. Especially if he retires at the end of the season
