That's what I think. These stories get leaked for a reason...Jets have indirectly been putting this pick on the table since Mac and Bowles were interviewed last week.

IMO, the Jets leaked this story as another indicator they're trading down, not up. I think this is the jets saying our pick is available.

I won't be shocked if we make a move to get Peters by coming up from 37. They seem to love the guy. I won't be shocked if they add another CB in the first 3-4 rounds.

nah to high they can wait till the later rounds and get a corner like kevin johnson who is not a stud but certainly serviceable

They should drug test more in college....so at the very least even if kid doesnt fully lose his scholarship he can start trying to address his situation earlier....

Johnson may be the first cb taken...he won't make it past pick 50.

Peters, johnson, and Waynes are the top 3 cbs...

i don't think so i have peters, waynes,and colins ahead of him and with the amount of other good positions in the first I think are needed more than people need CB's.

I just think the amount of good DE's,DT's, and lb's plus a nice amount of olineman I just see them as bigger needs for teams early than CB.

Waynes, Peters, and colins are the only cb's I see going first. IMO

The difference is ray and gregory are in a mix with some nice LB's that can move up and take their spot without missing a beat, however the CB's are at a premium with this draft.

If colins and johnson are sitting their when the pats are ready to pick at 32 you really think they would take johnson over colins

he only played in 10 total games in college....total...and has almost failed as many drug tests as games played. yes, I think they would pass and he goes mid to late rd 2...but we're just a couple days awy from finding out.

pay their families
Give all their players free shoes, clothes, etc
Most of the players i went to PSU with had cars from friends of the university (when they come back to their dorms there is almost always a care package with shoes, clothes, ipad, new cell phone, etc at their door)
They will put your family in housing

Everything I just said is a NCAA violation...every university is doing what I describe above...all the good ones...why would they start screening for drugs? It would be just another NCAA requirement they ignore...

Holy, sh!t. Now I go White #6 and Ray #37 . I believe in Bowles as a mentor based on his work with Mathieu and feel its almost a given he'll be there at 37. Ray's a risk, but a huge talent for the value of #37 ...and you can take White or Cooper #6 . That's a lot of bang for your buck. Give me Duke Johnson rd 3 and I'd give the draft an A+.

I will likely pencil him to us at 37 when I do mine. I'm not excited about making our pick because I think it's pointless. I will also have us take White for the sake of the game, but my head says we are trading down so it's all moot.
