He will definitely play though which is obvious but great news nonetheless!

What's DeSean Jackson's status? He's been out since week one. Questionable, Doubtful?
Washington played the Falcons tuff, real tuff. Jets better be more then prepared next week or they will lose as they did to Phila, if they sleep on the Skins.
+2 agree. We need to put the heat on Cousins.
Go Jets...Cyborg
This is a game we must have if we're serious about making some noise this season. With the NE game on the horizon, you can't lose this one AND the following game. The Jets are a better team than Washington. Assuming we don't turn the ball over or commit 15 penalties, we should win this won convincingly.
Everybody (including myself) want to point at the Philly game as "proof" that the Redskin game will be tough. That may ultimately be true, but we (I) have to remember we'll have Ivory, Decker and Sheldon (probably not Owusu) this time around. It's amazing how hamstrung we were that game, and still almost pulled out the victory.
I'd say this game would give us more NEGATIVE insight (if we lost) than POSITIVE (if we won). Like you said, we NEED this game to even consider ourselves contenders.
Having said that, I'm DEFINITELY not ready to throw the towel in against the Pats, regardless of how Sunday plays out . . .
I didn't mean to suggest we have no chance at beating NE. To the contrary, I think this team has a great shot at beating them. I just think that the Jets are looking like a team that will be fighting with several other teams for a playoff spot at the end of the season, and you make life a lot harder on yourself in that scenario losing to teams like the Skins.
game is on FOX.
all good points..Like most we are all intrigued on how the D-line will preform with all the parts "now" in place. If we are to be a top defense than this group really needs to generate a pass rush without a blitz and the rush needs to come up the middle, especially if we are to beat Brady. If we could keep 7 back in coverage and still put heat on the QB than we will be very tough. I still have some doubts we can do it but am optimistic and very curious now that Richardson is back.
Still think our lack of speed at the LB'ing position really prevents us from being elite and you know Brady and Belicheck know how and have the patience to exploit it. Cant wait to see the four of them out there.
i live in maryland so i figured i'd listen to some sports talk radio this morning for the jets game..
desean jackson has a sore hammy & has not practiced this week.. here's the interesting part.. their training staff is not the ones keeping him out of practice, jackson is..
i heard a snippet of a gurden presser & LOLz to say he's not happy about jackson not practicing would very much be an understatement!!
add into the fun, remember jackson talked some spit about how revis can't cover him??
i wonder if the "sore hammy" is an exit plan from potentially having to deal with revis this sunday or a built-in excuse if revis ends up shutting his ass down..
all good points..
i'm curious to see how many plays richardson gets & what he's got in his tank.. obviously he's not in football shape, so...
What a primadonna. I was one of those that wantsd Idzik to trade for him but thankfully that didn't happen.
