A former colleague of Todd Bowles could be angling for a reunion in New York.
Free agent linebacker Kevin Minter played his first two NFL seasons under defensive coordinator Bowles in Arizona but says he wouldn’t now mind playing under head coach Bowles in the big town.
“I definitely wouldn’t mind playing in New York,” Minter told SiriusXM NFL Radio on Wednesday. “Coach Bowles was essentially the one who drafted me.”

The 26 year old has started every game for the Cardinals, who drafted him in the second round of the draft four years ago, and over the last two years has been the team’s play caller from the inside linebacker slot.
Minter is coming off his best year as a pro, recording 81 tackles and 3.5 sacks.
