You are just reinforcing the sense that you have not actually seen him play because everything you are writing is completely inaccurate as far as his play is concerned. His accuracy comes from "short quick throws?" He is the most accurate deep passer I have ever seen at any level, and I have heard many analysts say exactly the same thing.
