Not a fan of Wilks, but I assume he will be the new Ulbrich. Glenn's defense. Wilks can at least tell Glenn how to not get fired as a HC.
Except for the last one which is great the rest are all from losing teams. First two are from the other Why Me again.
New coach already hired a cheerleader to take acre of Woody's Kids & their friends. We won't hear from them again.

What I'm hearing is that Westhoff does not want to come out of retirement, again, but he would be more than happy to help him pick his staff and come here during training camp to help out mostly as a consultant.
I read somewhere that Westhoff stated that he plans to stay retired.
On top of this we lost two DC's

He has, as far as I know, about eight to ten years of scouting experience and has worked for George Patten as an assistant GM the last 2 years. Patten speaks highly of him but other than that I don't see anything that jumps off the page as exciting.

Yes............but.............that is based on information that is being currently disputed by Connor Hughes. He says that Josina Anderson is mistaken because his source says the Jets have not yet made their decision. Hughes may be right. Josina has jumped around a lot lately cutting ties with ESPN and then CBS and who knows what the story is there. Her reports in the past have been very reliable. Enough other insiders believed her enough to repeat her information so I guess we'll have to wait and see. You know the Jets, slow pokes in action. However, the Coon Cat still believes that she would not have put her reputation on the line like that if she wasn't sure. Credibility can make or break a reporters career.
UPDATE..........Huges is now saying that Josina may be right. His sources, connected to the 3 candidates being considered, have not been notified either way if they got the job or not. If it were up to me I'd let the New coach, because they picked him first, pick the guy he felt he could best work with. That's just me.

That's what Glenn said now we just need to see what that brings about. I hope he hires his staff before all the good candidates get snatched up. Times awaisten.

Aaron Glenn is going to be a great HC to root for. He played for the best Jets HC we have ever had. I don't think he will run Camp Cupcake like the Jets have had for the last 4 years. He was a great Jet. He might be the only person I like on the Jets right now.
