It's not recency bias. I think the Jets are for real with the addition of Rodgers, assuming his 'intention' becomes reality as expected. New York's defense, led by reigning Defensive Rookie of the Year Sauce Gardner, is one of the best in the league, the wide receiver corps, led by reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year Garrett Wilson, is talented, and then the Jets have a few talented backs in Breece Hall, Michael Carter and then Bam Knight. New York was just missing a quarterback

You're fixated on the cost of Rodgers. I'm fixated on the effect of acquiring Him. Sure adding Rodgers looks great but in 2 years they are back to square one. Come on, you've been a Jet Fan as long or longer than I have. We've both been around long enough to know the quick fix bullshit doesn't work, and We've seen this before.
Yes they have a Championship Caliber Defense, until they have to cut or trade some of it to complete the Rodgers deal or get under the cap.
I would put out feelers to the Cardinals and see what that 3rd overall pick might cost, and I would make sure it was leaked. Maybe let GB know they don't have as musc leverage as they think.

when I was a kid and visited my Grandfather, he used to take us to a pizza place in Fishkill or Hopewell junction, somewhere over there. the pies looked like that and I have always wanted to find a place with mouth watering pies like that
not sure I want wilson again, but Cam did stink in NE. in his defense, that was a team in need of rebuilding, that's why brady left. It was also during covid, and the few good players NE had left, pretty much all sat out the season scared of covid
He couldn't throw the ball, bar against us (if my memory is correct).
Wilson could still sit for two years and come back but I'm not really that hopeful.
