so does talking about entitled pats fans etc...
two wrongs don't make a right, and to me, the stuff posted by jets fans was probably worse than the stuff he said. just my opinion
Thank you for offering your opinion.

maybe it's just me, but it looks a lot more like jets posters are "trolling" the pats fan visitor than the other way around.

I agree.
People are talking about banning him. He hasn't broken any rules. Not personally attacking anyone, not hi-jacking every thread.
If folks don't like him, don't read his posts
If posters say they don't like reading his posts but never ask for him to be kicked out is that a bad thing?
Don't know. Don't make policy here. I do know I don't like up tight message boards
OK, back to the Darrelle Revis sweapstakes.....I think it's curious that nothing has been leaked regarding who Revis is actually talking with during this legal tampering period. I'm sure the Pats continue to negotiate with him - why wouldn't they. But I'm guessing there is more going on between the Jets and Darrelle than meets the eye. Are the Jets going to let all the other FA cornerbacks agree in principle with other teams unless they have some level of commitment from team Revis? I guess we'll know soon enough, but I'm sensing our chances may be better than being advertised.
so..about revis....
Word on local sports here in New England is that it's only the Pats and Jets, no one else is really linked to him, at least not officially. Reports on local radio, "for what they are worth" is that the Patriots have made an offer that would guarantee he be the highest paid CB in the league. They have been throwing around the number of between 40-45 million guaranteed, so if it's true it could be a simple mater of do the Jets offer more at 4:00pm and if so how much.
how they are already close to over the cap?
I think belli is playing with monopoly money

The 25 million option is what put them over the cap, that's no longer a concern.
If the offers are equal, I believe he stays a Patriot.
