Why bring it up? It is totally unrelated to this discussion.
BTW, this is a Jets' message board. The whole purpose of message boards are about speculating about what the Jets are doing. When overwhelming evidence is presented, like Bowles saying "Milliner is a healthy scratch", i feel pretty secure in thinking Milliner didn't play, and he's healthy. Other wise Bowles is lying for no apparent reason.
With that knowledge that he is healthy is presented, and a guy like Walls gets 50 snaps, and Milliner is active. and gets 0 snaps, it is also a very logical conclusion that Bowles thinks Walls gives them a better chance to win an absolute must win game.
There is a large difference between probability, and possibility. It is extremely probable, from the observable evidence, that Bowles doesn't have much regard for Milliner's out performing Walls. Of course It is slightly possible, for some secret reason, Bowles is deceiving everyone for some personal motive. Could be I guess.
Now if Milliner suddenly gets 50 snaps this week, it would change the equation.
Some fans also like to disagree with presented, and accepted evidence, and the logical conclusions drawn from them, simply because they don't fit their agenda. So they want to get all philosophical about jumping to conclusions because there is a .0000001% chance the evidence is wrong.
As I mentioned before, if you have any evidence that Bowles thinks Milliner is a better player, then the guys that actually played, please share it. Otherwise I have to assume you don't have anything to base your theory on.
