Both ray rice and ap had court cases in which they admitted they were guilty publicly. Brady doesn't have anything that consisting behind his punishment.

It doesn't matter.
In this process it is not the judges job to determine if Brady is guilty or not. The NFLPA has, by labor compromise, given the commissioner arbitrary power to discipline players for infractions of the rules that are not specificity covered in the CBA.
The judges only job here is to determine if the commissioner operated with in the letter of that agreement. He did.
This whole thing should have been resolved in about a week. Judge overstepped his authority, and made this case into something it isn't. Look at Home Owners Association agreements. People surrender their civil liberty to live in a certain development. Many people have lost their homes because the choose to fly an American flag. The court has been consistent in upholding HOA's. The "victim" agreed to the contract, and surrendered his rights as described in the Bill Of Rights.. PERIOD
