To all my friends who are in the areas that will be pummeled by snow over these next few hours, be safe! It's starting to come down. I'm getting excited and feel like a kid again. Something about record breaking storms that I enjoy! I know I'll hate it in the morning when I have to make my way around town but whatever.

yeah be safe up there. One good thing about being down here if they see one drop of snow everything is cancelled and the snow plows all wait at the exits and streets waiting. A 3 inch snow fall could mean classes cancelled for two days.

OK guys, sorry to disappoint if the note pointing to RI was meant for me. But I spend my winters elsewhere. The town where I am now has an average annual snowfall of an inch and a quarter.

I heard there was some snow here a few days ago, but when I got outside all that was left were some puddles. :)

Suspect who ever actually put the picture together, was doing it as a joke

I didn't really think Elias was directing it at me. But when you included that laughing figure in your comment about liking the map labels, I was a bit suspicious about what you were laughing about...No worries. All in good fun.

Haha -- yea just got it off Twitter. He must not have been able to fit in the word so he just pointed at it. I'm sure we'll find some other funny ones regarding the storm

Nah

I actually enjoyed our debate on Tom's balls. Was just laughing at the language used, and how it would fly if a meteorologist used it on TV

Back in the 70's John Riggins played a game high on hallucinogenic mushrooms.. Players smoked pot and Namath turned up so boozed up that he got players high in the huddle.. While I don't condone that as long as a player shows up ready to play I don't care what they do on their own time..
