Well, it is a hard one to get over. The fact is and NO ONE can debate it.... "Rex Ryan was forced to walk the plank for the misdeeds of the owner. Woody Johnson fired him to cover up his OWN mistakes and those are the facts. We have a 100% bonafide IDIOT owning the NYJ and it's hard to think there will ever be success in NY when they fire a good HC in favor of a couple of nobodies.

Thanks Renegade. And I think it bears mentioning that with a few exceptions, I respect all the posters from the old JI and what they bring to the board. I'm just angry about what transpired. You guys tend to have a lot more patience than I do. I wear my emotions on my shirt sleeve.

I was a little abusive of the new newbies and that for that I apologize. I really have no idea what this guy brings to the table. But I can tell you from watching the league for years, it's very hard to find a good HC. We already had a known commodity in Rex Ryan. A guy that KNEW X's and O's, could strategize, gameplan, and would go tit for tat with the best HC in the league twice a season. It's not that hard to envision this newbie not being anywhere near as talented as Rex Ryan, more like Herm Edwards.

Hermie the Flim Flam BBQ man was never a coordinator or won asst coach of the year like Bowles.. Give him a chance MJ there will be plenty of time to kill him if he fails.. But I will say if the Bills make the playoffs this year provided they have a halfway decent QB the Anti-Rex crew will be freaking out..LOL

Bowles may be a rookie coach but you can't argue with the way the arizona defense played last year despite the injuries and that was all bowles. I for one am more excited about this coach than I have been in a longtime.

I do think that the Bills will show improvement this year and so will the Jets and Miami. It will be a tough battle for the 2nd place in the AFCE.

I am with you. My post was not saying that Rex didn't have success, it was that the last three coaching changes brought on success for us for at least the first year.

Comparing, Sanchez to Vinny/Chad is not even close. However, our roster with Rex those first two years were stacked. We went all in and got pretty close. If we had Vinny, Chad or Favre, we are carrying the Lombardi.

In 2007 Mangini had a 4-12 season with Chad and Clemens as his QB's..I'm surprised you get along with MJ with your strong Rex hatred..LOL
