I believe the judge had his biggest issue with a lack of either notice or precedent that "detrimental conduct" achieves the same level of punishment warranted by the use of banned substances - which is a 4 game suspension.

Good way to have avoided all of that was to NOT cheat.The only question really is for how long did they do it.
