So holding out for your own paycheck is ok, but holding out for your starting qb is selfish? Isn't that the opposite of selfish?

Not sure where the word "selfish" came in - how about "priorities"? (Though the opposite of selfish would be restructuring but of course that's not part of the discussion)
Mo (and Fitz) are putting personal priorities ahead of team prioirities. I don't begrudge either one that right. What is Decker doing? Saying Fitz is more important than the team? More important than Mo? More important than trusting mgmt?
The only way this ends well is if it was all a big misunderstanding. Otherwise I hope he gets ripped to shreds for the decision so it doesn't become a pattern . . .
