Perhaps Klubnik should come in and play the rest of the season. Look, I know most if not all will not agree with me on this but Geno has gotta go. He’s either playing too timid, scared and careful but he doesn’t give you enough to put you over the top.

Or he’s the turnover machine that’s he’s been most of his NFL career. Which isn’t good for any team either. My point being is that we all knew that Geno wasn’t the answer but we knew he was better than anyone we had as of recent. This leaves us in limbo.

The Jets don’t have the 1998, 2009 or 2010 defense. A QB like Geno would probably have worked with those teams but not with this one. I don’t know if Klubnik can do better but the Jets need to find out with a significant amount of games before the end of the season.

Klubnik is the only reason I would care. This team might have some talent, but none of it is elite. At some point talent can overcome bad coaching if it is good enough and this team doesn't have good enough talent. Let Klubnik play and develop some sort of chemistry with Cooper and Garrett. If Klubnik sucks, you move on. If he has something then you have 10 games to evaluate.

We need Klubnik to play for us and dominate 20 plus years, not just ten. That ain’t enough. Brady terrorized the NFL, especially the Jets for twenty plus years. We need a true get back!

Unlike many here I think Geno is doing an acceptable job, but with the season being over we really need to evaluate CK before the draft. Everybody wants the Jets to take a QB but it is possible that CK is better than any QB in the draft or at least better than those available when we pick.

Trouble is that AG is likely to be stubborn and hold out until Geno gets injured or has a really horrible couple of games.

My sentiments exactly! No telling what Glenn is going to do but if he knows he’s gone at the end of the year regardless, why would he want to pass on a knowing asset like Klubnik to the next HC.

Now if he was smart, he could look at it the opposite way and that is to play Klubnik and if he is the real deal, maybe he helps keep Glenn’s job.

At this point, that’s not what all of us want or need but if Klubnik is the read deal, that can potential change ALOT for all of us in ways we can’t answer right now.

Being a Jets fan takes a toll on you! It’s like carrying a small anchor on your back and it’s slowly sinking you in the water. Year by year!
