Comparing Rookie Seasons.... Is Sauce better than Revis?

I truely believe when all is said and done, Sauce has more potential at this stage of his career than Revis had, and if he plays to that potential, he will be the greatest defensive player the Jets have had. This is directly in response to Revis bashing Klecko, saying Mevis was the best defensive player in the history of the Jets.

Sauce definitely has a better personality than Revis at this point. I just hope that his talent and position don’t go to his head. Confidence is fantastic but when it turns into cocky it becomes very off putting.
He definitely has the potential to become a jets alll time great but we are entering year 2. Let’s let him earn it first.
That being said, I fucking love sauce and am ecstatic that he is on my team.

After what Sauce did as a rookie I honestly see him surpassing Revis as long as he doesn't get injured.

My faith in him came through his consistent play and being recognized early on last year as a shutdown CB which even Revis never got in his rookie season. This was only solidified by what a good, caring and AWARE person he is off the field. A home run pick!

The best description that I thought was spot on for Sauce is Vinny Curry said last season that Sauce is Darrelle Revis in Antonio Cromartie's body.

Revis said he's already a "playmaker" which means elite players respect him.

And finally Sauce on his rookie season in being compared to Revis said "I'm not going to get too far ahead of myself, because he's done way more good things than I have done. I'm going to make sure I remain humble"

Revi$ was a cunt that done the Jets dirty twice, once by leaving for our hated rivals and then the second time by coming back for the $$$ and being shit.

Klecko was 100 times the better Jet

Title... Revis had a better rookie season but Gardner showed flashes he could be better overall.
