Comparing Rookie Seasons.... Is Sauce better than Revis?

As a fan of the Cardinals i see it this way too from a top ten list of overrated

"Patrick Peterson used to be an outstanding player, being a fairly complete cornerback. Peterson peaked at the age of 25, and since then his career went into decline.

Despite the obvious decline in his play in recent seasons, people still believe that Peterson is a phenom and that he just needs better teammates to show his talent, which is absurd. Patrick Peterson has been overrated for much of his career, and remains so today."

Peterson is still playing?! Yeah he's at the tail end of his career. I wouldn't expect him to be that productive at this point. Whether or not the LCB gets attacked has a lot to do with the overall performance of the team and in particular the offense. If the win is easy, there's no reason to take risks attacking strengths. The Cardinals were 10-6 in Peterson's rookie season.

At this point, Peterson likely lacks the athleticism to play at a high level.

Revis had some great seasons for the Jets. You have to judge the body of work as a whole, not just the last few seasons. How many HOF guys have we had recently? The Packers are preparing for Rodgers to return to Lambeau and retire as a Cheesehead,
