Foles has the problem that he is not mobile - at all. Could not run some of what one would be running with the new guy.
On the other hand, he has a track record of NFL performance.
Mullens is recovering from an injury with a supposed six months recovery time....is he healthy? will he sign for a backup role?
I would not give up a pick for Foles - and I love the possibility that Chicago might give up something in order to move Foles 4 million contract. Thats a market question - does someone else have cap room and need a backup QB? if so, Chicago can negotiate.
