Not seeing much in the way of parallels between the two receivers. Pretty much different players in all aspects of their game. So how do you use "use Moore like Kupp"?
Well this guy doesn’t:

Lost me at 'you have a very QB in Zachary Wilson'.
Don’t let a certain poster read that![]()
I hope to get this post shoved down my throat, and next year, i want everyone to do it until i cry uncle, but i haven't bought into Moore yet.
a.) i don't see straight line speed to run by corners.
b.) i haven't seen him make a catch that wasn't placed perfectly in his hands.
c.) i don't see him getting open in tight places.
d.) i saw too many drops.
e.) IMO, he plays slower than his times.

He's only 21 years old and I love the kid and I won't go crazy with stats but @ Ole' Miss he broke the single season All-Time record for most receptions during a single season with 86 receptions. Passing A.J Brown's former record of 85 catches; and he did it despite only 8 games which is absolutely nuts (within an elite Defensive SEC Conference).
This guy is A+ special man.
And then as a Rookie he only played 11 games and I'll admit. He got off to a slow start during his first 5 NFL games (our entire Offense did). But during his final 6 games of the season he was absolutely elite and recorded 51 Targets, 34 Receptions (66.7% catch rate percentage), 459 Receiving Yards and 5 TD Receptions along with a Receiver Rating of 103.4.
90 catches for 1,224 receiving yards and 13 TDs per season.
And Skop throughout his entire Rookie season he had only 1 drop (1.3% drop rate) and I know these are meaningless statistics but please don't quit on this kid and all because of first 5 games within a struggling Offense; focus in on his final 6 games and I promise you that he'll begin to fire you up man.
Moore and Kupp have similar skill sets and are both known as route-running technicians. The duo ran a lot of seam, post and corner routes, per ESPN’s Seth Walder. However, Kupp saw a lot more action on hitch, deep fade and flat routes than Moore. It also helped Kupp that the Rams typically had at least one other quality pass-catcher alongside him – whether it was Robert Woods or Odell Beckham Jr. – and a potent running game.Excuse my naivete but I'm not sure what Chad Johnson means.
I can find fault on one play late......can't remember if it was PHI...think it was.......Zach launched one down right sideline and as Moore was coming back to ball it basically hit him in the facemask/helmet.............he should've caught that one being an elite receiver.i refuse to quit on him... i hope to eat my words.
but, there is no way he only dropped one pass. just off of the top of my head:
1.) bomb against Carolina.
2.) high point ball at the goal against Denv.
3.) crossing route against Texans.
they might have all be recorded as a drop, but if both hands are or could be on the ball, it is a drop in my book.
