I'm sorry Jets faithful but this is just ridiculous, have you guys been paying attention to Dak Prescott with the Cowboys? This kid looks like a true franchise QB in the making. Worst thing about it is not only wasn't he drafted by the Jets but he was drafted in the 4th round (I believe). Behind Hackenburg! Now I don't want to make this into a Jets QB bashing thread and I mean any of them but DAMN! The Jets just never seem to have that kind of luck. Not only did the Cowboys luck out with Romo who wasn't drafted period but now Dak. Look at the Seahawks with Wilson or the Pats with Brady or the Rams with Warner way back.
The Jets just never seem to have this kind of luck. Now Fitz may turn out to have a decent or even better year. Petty looks like he may be ready for the #2 spot. Which means bye bye Geno. Also Hack may have the goods but we don't know yet. So the Jets may actually be ok with our QB situation. However; when you look at teams that lucked out like the Cowboys, Seattle and especially the Pats, are we really ok at QB? Guess only time will tell but damn, just to know the Jets passed up on Dak when we could of had him is frustrating. Just like when the Jets passed up on Marino but everyone know Marino had the goods and the Jets screwed that up also. Now I'm not comparing Dak to Marino but you guys get my point.
