Other reasons fear of losing the locker room -- led by loud mouth Brandon Marshall & Jesse Decker er mean Eric yea don't matter... Nick Mangold at one time was for Geno Smith...
Fitz also has Gailey in his corner, Gailey continues to run this offense thinking he will eventually be promoted to replace TB as head coach...

Bryce Petty is the only answer left and I also agree with Westhoff. It's obvious to me the defense needs a change. Go 4-3 alignment all the way. Darron Lee sucks in a 3-4 and so does Sheldon playing stand up linebacker. Sheldon and Lee will be useful in a 4-3. Time to make that change.
Fitz is shit. Geno is SHIT X 1000........Bryce Petty is the only answer..........

I just heard from the guys on Jets post game and really they just pointed what should have been obvious. Bowles is just talking right now. the QB will PROBABLY happen this week. Fitz is done. I do not want him in there again.
Just as much as I don't want Fitz, I do NOT want Geno. Geno took a mere handful of plays and showed by why no one wants anything to do with him, including the players.

Geno should play if Petty is still hurt or rusty. Fitz should never throw a pass in the NFL again.
roll with Geno make Petty the backup let Petty get 1st team reps, apparently the Jets nor Fitz believed he needed off season workouts to be the starter so he doesn't need practice either... team is screwed either way they owe him that money...
maybe Fitz can be the scout team QB, funny enough the way our secondary plays he actually might look like a Pro Bowler against them...
