reading between the lines in a conference call John Elway stated there are two types of quarterbacks in this league top tier guys you pay over $15 Million and then there are the other guys you pay $5 M and under... We know there is no way in hell, the Broncos see Fitz as a $15 M per QB otherwise that type of offer he would of jumped at which would be nearly double what was reported the Jets offered of $7 M avg. ...
if reading between the lines just look whom they traded for Mark Sanchez - 2016 pay $4.5 M... So there is no way if they offered Fitz a contract offer that was for more than $5 M... That is what I said...

Multiple teams want him, so it's gonna take more than a 4. The kid put up more than solid numbers as a rookie, on a horrible team. He should only progress. This trade can change the franchise, more than any other move we can make

I'm really hoping the RGIII ship has sailed. I don't want him. I thought he was overhyped prior to that draft, and I was actually right for once regarding draft projections.
the jets, much like everyone else still in the market for a QB don't seem to be in any rush to sign griffin.. apparently not even for sake of depth..
back on topic.. again, glennon in my mind is a much more realistic alternative for the jets as fitzpatrick's immediate replacement..
i could live with glennon going into camp as the guy to beat as our starting QB..
that said, i have no interest in going higher than a three to get him.. you??

I think a 3rd is about right. I view Glennon similarly to Fitzpatrick: not a franchise QB, but capable of getting a team deep into the playoffs with the right supporting cast.
You think the reports are all bogus ? The Bucs know the kid has talent , so they are gonna hold him , unless they get proper value back.

Multiple teams are interested in kap, why isn't he traded either? Because the teams are looking to maximize compensation.
Fitz had an offer, why hasn't he signed? Same reason.
