I may be the only one who feels this way but isn't there a younger fresh HC (college or OC or DC) out there that can be our franchise HC for 20 plus years. Someone younger then 40-45 years old. A Mike Tomlin type of situation. I know that is a rare type of situation but for teams like the Steelers, Pats, Cowboys and Gaints, these rare situations seem to happen for them all the damn time. The Steelers have had like 3-4 HCs in their franchise history. That is fucking ridiculious but that's the Steelers.
